The revised proposal calls for 36 rental units and 54 parking spaces and will be constructed as-of-right. The previously approved scheme called for 45 units and 52 parking spaces.
Article 80 Review Process
Why is review required?
Small Project Review, described further on pages 10-11 of Citizen's Guide to Development Review
requires design review by the architects of the BRA's Urban Design Department for projects that are too small for Large Project Review but are
larger than a minimum size. In most locations, Small Project Review applies to projects that add at least 20,000 sq. ft. of gross floor area
or at least 15 dwelling units.
If you would like to review the project application, the Boston Redevelopment Authority offices are located on the 9th floor of Boston City
Hall, One City Hall Square, and project submissions are available during regular office hours (9:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday,
except legal holidays).
