As a part of the BRA's annual monitoring of affordable rental units, when instructed by the BRA, owners must complete this form and submit it to the BRA with attention to the Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager, either by mail to: Boston Redevelopment Authority, One City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201-1007 or by fax to: (617) 742-7783.

The Boston Home Center
The BRA's sister City agency, the Department of Neighborhood Development ("DND"), is also committed to creating affordable housing in the City of Boston. DND and its Boston Home Center provide affordable opportunities, homebuyer assistance and other housing services with the use of public resources.
