Description:

The Whittier Street Health Center Committee, Inc. (the “Proponent”) intends to construct a 5 story health care facility totaling approximately78, 900 square feet, on the southwest corner of the P-3 Parcel. As currently planned, the new health center will house a variety of medical and dental offices, community space and a variety of other services for the community and surrounding areas. The health center also includes construction of 75 off-street interim parking spaces, an off-street loading and service amenity, and a dedicated drop-off zone for the Whittier Street health center (the “Proposed Project”).
