Description: The Proponent has filed a Notice of Project Change for a phased approach to the Proposed Project which was approved in August 2010. Phase I will include approximately 350,000 square feet of the Proposed Project and will be located along Congress Street and will contain approximately 236 residential rental units, 140 parking spaces and approximately 17,000 square feet of retail and innovation uses.
