Description: Georgetowne Developer, LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to rehabilitate 967 existing units in the Hyde Park Neighborhood District. The proposed project includes the replacement of existing siding, roofs and windows, installation of new centralized heating systems, air sealing of attic spaces, including upgrades to 43 existing units for accessibility and 34 additional parking spaces.
