The reports below are PDF files except the bottom two which are Excel Spreadsheets containing raw data on all projects since January 1, 2011.

All reports include information on construction hours in total as well as for residents, minorities, and women. Worker counts are included in the Contractor Reports only. Double counting workers who move into or out of the city and/or work multiple trades and/or work for multiple contractors on a project causes discrepancies in reports looking at the data by trade and/or by project.

The lag time between when work is done and data is submitted to BRJP and BRA offices varies and is dependent on when a contractor submits data for a completed week of work on a project to either the BRJP or BRA.

One needs to look at two reports, one from the left hand column (BRJP) and one from the right (BRA), to get a complete set of overall construction data. Reports can be printed and/or saved for future reference. Multiple reports can be opened at one time which can be useful when needing to reference information from more than one report.
