Description:

City Point Place, LLC is proposing to construct a five (5) story mixed-use building with up to thirty-one (31) residential condominium units including four (4) affordable units and four (4) commercial/retail units. In addition, the development will include parking for thirty-three (33) on-site garage spaces.
