On February 27, 2015 Cleveland Circle Development Associates, LLC (the Proponent) submitted a Notice of Project Change (NPC) and a proposed Planned Development Area (PDA) Plan to the BRA. The 375-399 Chestnut Hill Avenue (the Project) site consists of approximately 92, 849 square feet (2.13 acres) located on Chestnut Hill Avenue in the Cleveland Circle area of Allston-Brighton, on the site of the former Circle Cinema and an Applebee’s restaurant (the Project Site). The Project as stated in the NPC will involve (i) the demolition of the existing structures and (ii) the construction of two new buildings on the Project Site, including approximately 162 key hotel, approximately 92 active senior residential units, and retail/restaurant uses, with a total of approximately 213, 329 square feet of Gross Floor Area and approximately 188 parking spaces (including a combination of underground and at-grade parking spaces).
