Description:

The BRA worked with the community in 2013 to develop a Framework for Future Development Review for the South Huntington Corridor between Huntington Avenue and Perkins Street in the Jamaica Plain and Mission Hill neighborhoods. We have since taken the guidelines from the Framework and translated them into new zoning language for the Corridor. Articles 55 and 59 will be amended to reflect the guidelines.
