Description: The residential building will consist of approximately 47,537 square feet of gross area, with 46 residential rental units in a four-story building and 67 on-site parking spaces. There will be 37 on-site parking spaces contained within the building situated below grade with an additional 22 spaces located outside at grade to the rear and 8 exterior spaces at the front of the site, which creates a parking ratio of 1.45. The four (4) levels of the building above the garage/entry lobby space will consist of approximately 46,721 square feet of residential area, with a mix of one (1) and two (2) bedroom units. Some units will have private balconies while all residents will have the use of a common roof terrace located at the third residential level situated behind the parapet wall. A total of six (6) of the residential units will be designated as affordable.
