Developer Peregrine Group, LLC is proposing to construct a five-story, mixed-use development located at 1943 Dorchester Avenue consisting of 64 residential rental units including eight (8) IDP Units (affordable units) and a commercial/retail space for the Codman Square Health Center. In addition, the proposal includes parking for 24 spaces on-site/ off-street and covered bicycle storage.
