Description: The Packard Crossing proposal contains approximately 83,993 square feet with the lot area for the Gardner Street Project Site containing 36,764 square feet , and the Brighton Avenue Project Site containing 47,229 square feet. The Proponent’s overall proposal includes development of two new residential buildings containing a total of 114 multi-family, dwelling units including the renovation of three existing units within an existing Victorian house located at 83 Gardner Street. There will be 3,050 gsf of street level retail space along Brighton Avenue and 212 covered parking. This will allow for a parking ratio of one parking space per unit. The Phase 1: 79-83 Gardner Street Project Site contains an underutilized surface parking lot and an existing Victorian style house. The Phase 2: 45-55 Brighton Avenue Project Site contains an underutilized surface parking lot and an automotive store and other related uses.
