East Boston Greenway Wood Island Link Tuesday, October 25, 2011, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm East Boston YMCA Bremen Street Park The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) will continue to review and seek comments for the program and preliminary design for the Wood Island link of the East Boston Greenway that will connect Bremen Street Park to Byron Street and eventually Constitution Beach. Other East Boston Planning Studies and Development Hyde Park Advisory Group Working Session: Rezoning Tuesday, October 25, 2011, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm E-18 Police Station (basement)1249 Hyde Park Avenue BRA planners will share changes to the draft zoning article that was presented at the September 27 Advisory Group meeting and take new comments. Map of Zoning Area Links to Additional Hyde Park Planning and Rezoning Information   Copley Place Expansion CAC Meeting #18 Wednesday, October 26, 2011, 8:00 am - 10:00 am Copley Place, 4th Floor Conference Room The Copley Place Expansion Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), made up of area stakeholders, including residents, business owners, community organization representatives, and professionals selected by the Mayor as part of the BRA large project public review process, will discuss the proposed project.  Public comments are due October 31, 2011. Members of the CAC Other Back Bay Planning Studies and Developments   Harrison-Albany Advisory Group Working Session Wednesday, October 26, 2011, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Franklin Square House, 11 E. Newton Street BRA planners will provide basics to understanding and reading the zoning article that governs the Harrison-Albany Study Area and suggest amendments based on recommendations from the Harrison-Albany Corridor Strategic Plan. Other South End Planning Studies and Developments   1282 Boylston Street Zoning Change Meeting Thursday, October 27, 2011, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Absolut Clubhouse in Fenway Park, Brookline Ave Meeting to discuss zoning changes and the Planned Development Area (PDA) in relation to a proposed project at 1282 Boylston Street.  The project filing calls for a 337,000 square foot mixed-use project that includes 210 residential units, 99,000 SF of office, 15,000 SF of ground floor retail, and underground parking for approximately 295 vehicles. Other Fenway Planning Studies and Developments   Dudley Square Vision Project Meeting Thursday, October 27, 6:00 PM 2315 Washington Street, Roxbury, Central Boston Elder Services, Community Room The focus of the meeting will be on potential job opportunities in construction and real estate development that are related to the upcoming Dudley Municipal/Ferdinand Project. Members of the City Team and other professionals will outline project status and review requirements (e.g. OSHA certification, etc) for preparation (training, etc.) and access to these potential opportunities.
