1011 Finance Intern - Spring Semester 2016 (unpaid)

Under the general supervision of the Senior Finance Manager, provide analytic and programmatic support to the Boston Local Development Corporation (BLDC) and the Boston Industrial Development Financing Authority (BIDFA) as well as to other Economic Development programs and projects assigned.

961 Housing Compliance Intern - Spring Semester (unpaid)

The Housing Compliance Intern works with Housing Specialists and Legal Department to engage in random samples of management companies to ensure all documentation is in order, and  complete the process of recording the properties. Review all Housing Agreements, lease agreements and request leases from management companies and leasing offices. Note: This is an unpaid Internship

1006 Development Review Co-op - Spring Semester 2016

The Development Review Intern will assist the Director of Development Review and the Project Management staff on permitting large-scale developments.  This internship will provide a great learning opportunity and will focus on the Article 80 zoning process, Public Meeting preparation, city-wide data-tracking, and special projects. The intern best suited for this internship is someone with a passion for economic development, urban design and city planning, and affordable housing.

993 Special Events Intern (unpaid) - Spring Semester 2016

The Special Events Intern will support WriteBoston’s annual fundraiser, Pros&Conversation, which happens on April 7, 2016. Pros&Conversation raises approximately $60K each year to support WriteBoston’s operating and program costs.
