Time and Material assignments either emergency or a critical time sensitive that may require 7 day/24 hour response. Generally the assignments are of short term and have averaged $ 4,000 in previous contracts. They consist of, but are not limited to, providing labor and materials for the repair of and/ or to refurbish BRA properties. Services such as maintenance and repair of buildings, sites and maritime electrical systems. Any allied Mechanical or specialty services that may be involved are to be treated as a sub-contract. Basic Service Value of the Contract is not to exceed $75,000.
