The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation ("EDIC") is requesting proposals to develop an update to the 1999 Boston Marine Industrial Park Master Plan.
The EDIC is requesting proposals from an experienced port master planning and strategic planning team with a strong core in economic analysis and intermodal transportation. The team must be experienced in urban master planning, familiar with local and state waterfront laws and regulations, urban design, climate change adaptation, sustainability, and development finance economics.
