The project generally consists of construction of a paved parking lot at the Parcel C1 site at the Boston Marine Industrial Park in South Boston. The work will include demolition and off-site disposal of the upper 3-feet of the existing concrete wharf structure, construction of a reinforced concrete cut-off wall at the south side of the site, filling to grade with granular fill, providing a ground recharge drainage system, paving and thermoplastic striping the parking lot, installing a concrete sidewalk with granite curb at Terminal Street, providing LED site lighting, chain link fencing and an island with booth at the entrance to the lot, and miscellaneous work in connection therewith.
