The City of Boston through the Boston Redevelopment Authority (the “BRA” or the “Authority”) is issuing an Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) under M.G.L. c. 30B for the procurement of two inner harbor passenger water transportation vessels (BRA Project No. FHWA Ferry Boat Program FY 2012-001) to provide commuter ferry service within Boston Harbor, Boston, MA.
