2016 Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park Trolley Stop Program

The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”) is requesting a  Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to qualified vendors, to operate a trolley stop within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park (the “Park”) in South Boston, MA, for the purpose of servicing Port of Call visitors associated with cruise ship activity, scheduled to occur at the Massachusetts Port Authority owned and operated Black Falcon Cruise Terminal, during the upcoming 2016 season.

The RFP is available for purchase at Boston City Hall. It may be purchased with a non-refundable bank check or money order, in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), payable to the “Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston”. Respondents can either download the form and pay when they submit, or they can pick it up at City Hall and pay then. The RFP must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, with payment.
