Make-safe electrical; install construction lighting, temporary ductwork supports, etc. per plans and specifications. Demolish existing bathrooms; construct new ADA-compliant bathrooms (includes tile, toilet partitions, countertops, plumbing fixtures, ceilings, lighting, etc.). Total demolition/construction area is approx. 29,000 sq. ft.
