2009 SUMMER Happenings:

On August 21, 2009, YOU Boston celebrated the success of over
130 young people as completers of our Summer 2009 Transitional Employment Service Program. Youth employees, YOU staff and Mayor Thomas Menino were hosted by Beverly Ross and her colleagues at the Allston-Brighton Congregational Church, the church served as a worksite for the youth.
Overall, including placements with partner agencies, YOU boston placed 152 youth in subsidized jobs during the summer.
