Description:

Eden Properties, (the "Proponent") proposes to redevelop a project site comprised of three brownfield parcels totaling 33,820 square feet located at 89-95 Brighton Avenue and 41 Gardner Street in Allston Village. The Proponent intends to further the goals of the Boston 2030 Housing Plan by creating an approximately 124,300 sf structure with 138 workforce residential rental apartments, approximately 7,100 square feet of new retail space, 69 parking spaces, covered bike storage for 138 bicycles, and an on-site bicycle repair station.
