Description:

Connelly Construction ('The Proponent') is proposing to construct a three-story, residential building containing eighteen (18) condominium units, including two (2) affordable units. In addition, the development will include parking for up to twenty-seven (27) off-street/on-site spaces.

*An alternate date of Monday, January 11, 2016 at 6:30 PM is planned in the event of inclement weather on January 5, 2016.
