Description:

232 Old Colony, LP ('The Proponent') is proposing to construct a five-and-six-story, mixed-use building containing twenty-eight (28) condominium units, including four (4) affordable units, and a commercial/retail space. In addition, the development will include parking for up to twenty-nine (29) off-street/on-site spaces.

*An alternate date of Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 6:30 PM is planned in the event of inclement weather on January 6, 2016.
