Description:

This South Boston Rezoning Initiative meeting will build upon the first meeting on February 29 which focused on current zoning regulations and existing building conditions. The BRA will now begin to focus the discussion on what dimensional regulations (height, density, setbacks, parking ratios etc.) are appropriate for the neighborhood. Possible dimensional regulations will be presented at the meeting followed by workshop style table discussions.
