(the "Proponent") seeks to redevelop an approximately 8,095 square foot parcel located at 73-79 Essex Street in the Chinatown neighborhood of Boston (the "Project Site"). The Proposed Project includes the demolition of the existing structure on the site and the construction of a seventeen (17) story, approx. 137,000 square foot limited service hotel with approximately 250 guest rooms and amenity spaces including a fitness room, meeting rooms, and food service for hotel guests.
