Description: Please note that the date of this meeting has been changed from July 11 to July 25. The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) and The Office of Neighborhood Services (ONS) will host a public open house to allow three development teams, who are vying for the chance to redevelop the property at 146-172 Condor Street, East Boston, an opportunity to present their concepts, as well as answer questions about their proposals. The prospective developers responded to a Request for Letters of Interest (RFI) that the BRA issued in December, in order to jump-start the redevelopment of the BRA-owned parcel, which consists of 8 acres of land and adjacent water-sheet. All community residents and members of the Eagle Hill Association are cordially invited to attend this public meeting, in order to learn more about the proposals for this site. The proposals which the BRA received for the redevelopment of 146-172 Condor Street, are all available for review on the BRA’s website.
