Description: This public meeting is to review Berkeley Investments, Inc.'s Planned Development Area ("PDA") development plan for the proposed 32 Cambridge street development. During this public meeting the first hour from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PMwill be dedicated to the presentation and Impact Advisory Group discussion. The second half from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM will be open to the general public for questions and comments. The Proposed Project comprises of approximately 141,000 square feet of gross floor area, including approximately 171 dwelling units, approximately 2,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, approximately 113 accessory parking spaces, and supporting amenities and site improvements.
