The BPDA is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 819 Cummins Highway project located in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

819 Cummins Highway is proposing a five (5) story, forty-two (42) unit mixed-use building with twenty-five (25) parking spaces and forty-six (46) bicycle parking spaces. The ground floor will offer a residential lobby and retail space accessible to the public.
