Government Center Garage Developers File New Letter of Intent

The developers of the Government Center Garage filed a new Letter of Intent with the BRA on Tuesday, June 21. The HYM Investment Group, LLC stated in the letter that the new proposed project will be a mixed-use, multi-story, mutli-phased development and include hotel, residential, office and retail uses, totalling 2.4 million square feet. This Letter of Intent replaces the previously proposed project that was filed back in 2008. The developer expects to file a full plan by early fall.
