Harvard Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) Phase B

The Phase B Project will consist of approximately 720,000 sf of laboratory/R&D and office uses and approximately 320,000 sf of residential uses, with a mixture of ground floor retail and community uses. Additionally, Phase B is proposed to include above-grade and below-grade parking spaces to support the Phase B Project and parking spaces granted as part of the Phase A Project Approvals.
