Project Description
The East Pier development (formerly known as Portside at Pier One") is a cooperative effort among Massport, the City of Boston, and the East Boston community. Full buildout calls for 938,106 SF, including 64,749 SF of retail. Buildings 5 and 6 include 454 apartment homes and 103 condominium units. Portside at East Pier also includes 26 BPDA-restricted units at 50 Lewis Street.
