The Stair Improvements Project generally consists of structural, life safety and finishes improvements to two main egress stairs. The work includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, selective demolition/ disposal, structural steel fabrication, hoisting and installation of such work, construction of light gauge metal framing / drywall partitions, painting, and finish carpentry. Filed sub bids shall be required in the categories of 1.)structural steel / misc metals and 2.)floor coverings.
